Bean Sprouts Curry



Ingredients :

1 cup beans sprouts
1 onion, chopped
2 green chilies
1 inch ginger
10-12 curry leaves
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
pinch of turmeric
salt to taste
fresh coriander leaves for garnish
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds oil.

Method:
  1. Take a kadai and add oil and add mustard seeds and jeera and once it spluters add the onions and fry them till the are golden brown in colour.
  2. Add the ginger, curry leaves, coriander powder, red chili powder,green chilies and turmeric. cook for 30 sec mixing well.
  3. Add salt and the beans sprouts
  4. Adjust Seasoning, garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Serve with rice.
