Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 2 cups
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Raw rice - 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1.2 tsp
salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and soak urad dal, raw rice and fenugreek seeds for 4 hrs.
- Later grind the soaked urad dal,raw rice and fenugreek seeds to s smooth paste with some water.
- Take the grinded urad dal and raw rice paste in a big mixing bowl and to it add ragi flour and salt and mix well and allow it to ferment over night.
- Heat a tawa and take a laddle full of ragi dosa batter and spread it on the tawa and spray some oil and cook it on both sides.
- Serve hot with any type of chutney.
